Once you have successfully used the remediation advice we provided, please fill out the following form so that we can move your subscription off of the quarantined range and back to the shared range in your data center, and we will cease alerts about the blocklisting. The move will happen the first Monday after filling out the form; if Monday is a holiday the move will happen on Tuesday. If you are a customer who has a dedicated IP address then you were not moved to begin with, but successful remediation and filling out the form below will help with your future sending reputation and also allow the email alerts to cease.
The information that you provide in the form should match the information of the person who received the blocklist alert.
